1. 适用范围
本政策适用于拾纹（Shiwen Design）App 2.2.0，包括 iPhone、iPad，以及在 Mac 上运行的同一款 App。网站、未来的账号服务或云同步如有不同的数据处理方式，将在启用前另行说明并更新本政策。
2. 我们处理的数据
为了完成你主动发起的创作、购买或反馈，App 会处理以下内容：
- 你选择或拍摄的图片：用于取样、万花筒、本机抠图和本机 AI 高清。风格处理、抠图、AI 高清和高清导出都在设备上完成，不会把原图送到拾纹服务器。
- 生成的纹样、抠图元素与本地项目：保存在 App 的本地存储中，并显示在画廊。
- 语言、触感和音效偏好：保存在设备本地，用于下次打开时保持设置。
- 购买与 Pro 权益状态：通过 Apple 内购（StoreKit）在本机核对，用于解锁付费图案结构与风格、高清下载和抠图带出等 Pro 功能。拾纹看不到你的 Apple ID 或付款卡号。
- 匿名产品事件：通过 PostHog 记录 App 生命周期、引导、付费页、购买、保存、分享、普通/高清下载、反馈、评分提示和简短业务错误等事件，并附带随机生成的匿名安装标识以及 App、系统、设备、语言/时区、屏幕和网络类型等技术属性。事件不绑定邮箱或 Apple ID，也不含照片或纹样。
图片和纹样由 App 在本机处理，不会上传给拾纹，也不会用来建立可识别的用户档案、投放广告或跨 App/网站追踪你。
3. 系统权限

你可以在系统设置中查看或撤销权限。撤销权限可能会让对应功能无法使用，但不会影响不依赖该权限的本地创作。
4. 账号、联网、分析与广告
- 当前版本无需创建账号或登录，也不启用云同步。
- 导入的图片、抠图结果、生成的纹样和画廊项目不会发送到拾纹服务器。
- 没有广告，不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不做跨 App 或跨网站追踪。
- App 会联网以完成 App Store 内购、打开 Apple 优惠码兑换页，以及 PostHog 匿名产品分析。
5. 第三方依赖
当前版本接入的第三方服务如下。它们都不会收到你的来源图或纹样作品。

当你主动使用系统分享面板，或通过「用户反馈」发送邮件时，接收方由你选择。分享内容或反馈附件（含设备型号、系统版本、App 版本、语言、是否 Pro，以及简短的业务错误记录）受对应服务或邮件服务商的政策约束。拾纹不会在后台自动分享你的作品。
6. 保存、删除与备份
- 来源图片副本、纹样和抠图元素会保留在 App 本地，直到你在画廊中删除或卸载 App。
- 已保存到系统照片、Mac 文件或其他服务的副本，需要在相应位置单独删除。
- 如果设备启用了系统备份，App 数据可能由 Apple 按你的 iCloud 与设备备份设置进行备份。
由于当前版本没有用户账号或云端项目库，我们无法从服务器读取或删除你的本地作品。你可以直接在 App 内删除，或卸载 App 清除其本地数据。
7. 分析数据的保存与选择
PostHog 中的匿名事件会按产品分析所需时间及项目保留设置保存，之后删除或汇总。当前版本没有账号，也不会把匿名安装标识与邮箱或 Apple ID 关联。卸载 App 会停止该设备之后的事件发送；如需咨询或请求删除可能与匿名标识相关的分析数据，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。由于数据不与账号绑定，我们可能需要你提供设备类型、App 版本和大致使用时间，且不一定能够唯一定位记录。
8. 儿童隐私
拾纹是一款通用设计工具，不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标用户。当前版本不通过服务器主动收集儿童或其他用户的个人信息。
9. 政策更新
当 App 增加账号、云同步，或更换、新增会改变数据处理方式的第三方服务时，我们会在相应功能启用前更新本页面，并调整生效日期。重大变化会尽量在 App 内提示。

English Version
1. Scope
This policy applies to Shiwen Design app 2.2.0 on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If the website or a future account or cloud-sync feature processes data differently, we will explain those practices and update this policy before they are enabled.
2. Data processed by the app
To perform creation, purchase, or feedback actions you request, the app processes:
- Images you select or capture: used for sampling, kaleidoscope rendering, on-device cutout, and on-device AI HD. Style processing, cutout, AI HD, and HD export all run on-device and do not send the original image to Shiwen servers.
- Generated patterns, cutout elements, and local projects: stored locally by the app and shown in Gallery.
- Language, haptics, and sound preferences: stored on the device so the next launch keeps your choices.
- Purchase and Pro entitlement status: checked through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) to unlock paid pattern structures and styles, HD downloads, cutout export, and other Pro features. Shiwen cannot see your Apple ID or payment card number.
- Anonymous product events: recorded with PostHog for app lifecycle, onboarding, paywall, purchase, save, share, standard/HD download, feedback, review prompts, and short business-error events. Events include a randomly generated anonymous installation identifier and technical properties such as app, system, device, language/time zone, screen, and network type. They are not tied to an email or Apple ID and do not include photos or patterns.
Images and patterns are processed on-device. They are not uploaded to Shiwen, used for advertising, used to build an identifiable user profile, or used to track you across apps or websites.
3. System permissions and features

You can review or revoke permissions in system Settings. Revoking a permission may disable the related feature, but it does not prevent other local creation features from working.
4. Accounts, network use, analytics, and advertising
- The current version does not require an account or sign-in, and does not enable cloud sync.
- Imported images, cutouts, generated patterns, and Gallery projects are not sent to Shiwen servers.
- There are no ads, no IDFA, and no cross-app or cross-website tracking.
- The app uses the network for App Store purchases, opening Apple's offer-code redemption page, and anonymous PostHog product analytics.
5. Third-party services
The current version uses the following third-party services. None of them receive your source images or pattern artwork.

If you use the system share sheet or send mail through User Feedback, you choose the recipient. Shared artwork or the feedback attachment (device model, system version, app version, language, Pro status, and short business-error notes) is then handled by that app or mail provider. Shiwen does not automatically share your work in the background.
6. Storage, deletion, and backups
- Source-image copies, patterns, and cutout elements remain in the app's local storage until you delete them in Gallery or uninstall the app.
- Copies saved to Photos, a Mac file, or another service must be deleted separately from those destinations.
- If system backup is enabled, Apple may back up app data according to your iCloud and device backup settings.
Because the current version has no user account or cloud project library, we cannot access or delete your local projects from a server. You can delete them in the app or remove the app and its local data.
7. Analytics retention and choices
Anonymous PostHog events are retained for as long as needed for product analytics under the project's retention settings, then deleted or aggregated. The current version has no account and does not associate the anonymous installation identifier with an email or Apple ID. Uninstalling the app stops future events from that device. To ask about or request deletion of analytics data that may relate to the anonymous identifier, contact us below. Because the data is not account-linked, we may need the device type, app version, and approximate usage dates, and may not be able to uniquely locate a record.
8. Children's privacy
Shiwen is a general-purpose design tool and is not directed to children under 13. The current version does not actively collect personal information from children or other users through our servers.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app adds accounts, cloud sync, or replaces or adds a third-party service that changes how data is handled, we will update this page before enabling that processing and revise the effective date. We will aim to provide an in-app notice for material changes.
